Goal: Strengthen Aetna Better Health of Illinois’ presence statewide by producing high-impact experiential activations while building meaningful community connections.
Strategy: Execute signature health activations that meet people where they are physically and culturally, by activating at high-traffic community events, and partnering with trusted community organizations.
Results: Activated over 15 signature campaigns across central and southern Illinois.
Role: Provided event production support by scouting and securing 20+ holiday activation sites, and coordinating staffing, premiums, and labor resources.
